BT+ Approach to the Meaning Construction of Metonymy-Based Chinese Cyber-Expressions

China has the biggest population of netizens in world and more cybernauts often use cyber-expressions their Internet communication some are even used our daily life offline. With increasing popularity these cyber-expressions, they have caught eyes scholars expressions’ formation meaning construction analyzed from many perspectives. From perspective Cognitive Linguistics, Chinese formed with help such cognitive mechanisms as metaphor, icon iconicity, metonymy metaphtonymy. While metonymy-based e-terms account for a large proportion all new little is discussed about expressions previous studies related to cyber-expressions. In present paper, 752 closed corpus will be studied exhaustively kinds systematically based on Blending Theory under framework Linguistics an attempt fill gap studies.
